I will be riding in the area of Chimay this Saturday sampling the delights of its 3 Trappist beers (red, white and blue). Sunday sees us visiting the most hard to get Trappists of St Sixtus whilst the riders pass well to the north of us. Interesting article but don't forget the Dutch Trappist beers of le Trappe or even Jenever if you are into strong spirits.
