I totally agree on the yoga persons comments on core strength. I must admit I am a bit of yoga fan myself.

The comments on numb hands were quite good but as they are "body" people they described the ways of mitigating this like padded gloves or core strength that apply to the body.

Which is great as far as it goes but in my experience bike fit is THE key factor. If the position on the bike balances the load on all the contact points you won't get hand/foot/backside pain

I found out this by doing multiple SR series with AUK

I think us Audax nuts are strong at on-the-bike-comfort. This is a key factor for our type of riding.

Hi Jack -
I couldn't get the link to work for "Why Yoga is Good for Cyclists"; is it good, or my browser?
Thanks for a Superb show; Very helpful, plus great insights for us.
Take Care; Keep up the Great Work.

I just listened the podcast. Very interesting show again, thanks. I meant to tweet about my upper back pains, but I was too slow.
