  1. Any point and shoot digital camera with a video/sound mode will do the job. The key is how to fit it on the handlebars. Matt Blackburn pointed me in the direction of these.
    Make sure you have a nice big memory card (1-2 GB) as video takes up a lot of space. My camera is a Fuji Finepix F31fd, but as I said most will work fine.

  2. You might check out Sheldon Brown’s Kodak v570 which he mounted on his handle bars filmed a clip of one of his rides here (you have to scroll down a little ways on the page):


    Apparently its wide angle feature and built in stablizers help make for a smooth mounted camera.
